Position Overview:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive audience engagement, generate demand, and support business objectives. This role combines strategic planning, content leadership, analytics expertise, and community management to maximize the organization's presence across social and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, data-driven marketer, and social media strategist with a strong understanding of content trends, audience behavior, paid social advertising, and brand reputation management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing social media programs including LinkedIn for B2B or B2C organizations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Demonstrated success building and executing multi-channel social media strategies.
• Deep expertise in major social media platforms, platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies, emerging trends, and optimization techniques, with experience managing and growing brand presence across multiple channels.
• Extensive experience using social media management and analytics platforms to measure performance and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Lead the creation, planning, and distribution of engaging content across social channels.
• Collaborate with content, creative, product marketing, and communications teams to ensure message consistency.
• Develop content calendars and campaign plans that support key business initiatives.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and corporate standards.
• Manage and grow audiences across social media channels.
• Foster meaningful engagement and conversations with customers, partners, influencers, and industry communities.
• Monitor brand sentiment and recommend actions to strengthen customer relationships.
• Measure campaign effectiveness using social media analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
• Coordinate audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation strategies.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for social media strategy, using performance metrics, audience insights, business objectives, and market trends to guide decisions on content, audience engagement, platform investments, brand reputation, and response strategies.

Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors
