1. Provide a Pro AV over IP switching encoder that streams ultra-low latency, high quality video and audio, signals over 1 Gbps Ethernet networks
   1. Rack mountable, one-half rack width, 1” (2.5 cm) high metal enclosure that encodes video and audio
      1. Provide a USB-C connector for interfacing DisplayPort Alt Mode video input with embedded audio
      2. Provide an HDMI connector for interfacing digital video signal input with embedded audio
      3. Provide an HDMI connector for a loop through connection
      4. Provide connections for device configuration from a PC or other peripheral
         1. One USB connection on the front panel
      5. Provide a 3-pole captive screw connector for remote Digital I/O control from a central control processor via remote port access mapping
      6. Provide a 5-pole captive screw connector for remote RS-232 and IR control from a central control processor via remote port access mapping
      7. Provide one 1000BASE-T RJ45 connector with PoE+ for powering and control and transport of streaming data over CAT 5e/6/6a/7 cable for distances up to 328 feet (100 m)
      8. Provide one 2-pole captive screw connector for 12VDC power
      9. Provide one 2-pole connector for UPI 100 power supply to power and charge a USB-C connected device
      10. Provide sixteen LED indicators for status monitoring
          1. Power LED on front panel to indicate power connection
          2. Auto Switch LED on front panel to indicate Auto Switch status
          3. Input 1 LED on front panel to indicate USB-C input selected
          4. Input 2 LED on front panel to indicate HDMI input selected
          5. Input 1 Signal LED on front panel to indicate USB-C input signal presence
          6. HDCP Input 1 LED on front panel to indicate encryption status
          7. Input 2 Signal LED on front panel to indicate HDMI input signal presence
